Interior Design MA

I'm a community-driven Interior designer and Architect. when designing my Final project I chose to pick a challenging location and building. My hometown, Baghdad-Iraq.
This project is a response to the desperate need of the post-war society to art and art spaces, art is always treated as taboo in our country, but in the recent demonstrations that took place in the same abandoned building I chose for my project, Thousands of young artists took refuge in this sad structure and turned it into an open gallery for street art of all forms. The following renders/video are all taken using only sunlight and few spotlights for the art pieces, as one of my main goals was to design a project that can function during the long hours of cut-outs we experience daily in Iraq.

The greatest art comes from great suffering
