You are watching Coventry University's Postgraduate Showcase

Our Master’s students this year have undertaken their programmes in unprecedented times. We are proud of the way our international community of students has been able to develop and maintain new kinds of togetherness. Some learners have continued to experience the ‘Coventry way’ virtually, many of them from locations across the world. We’ve also been delighted to welcome students back to campus over the past few months.

This unique experience in the new normal is the conceptual heart of the postgraduate showcase, a new kind of degree show combining the virtual and the physical. The physical show contained a digital installation that placed graduate work back in Coventry, and it was live streamed here for 2 weeks, allowing it to be cast instantaneously around the globe, in some cases, to the continents and countries where it was first produced.

The digital installation was housed in the Tank, our cutting-edge film studio and was open – live and online – for 2 weeks from the 10th September 2021. What we have here is a recording of that show, and interviews with some of the students who worked in exceptional circumstances to produce outstanding work.
