Me! For my lead image.

Hi! I'm Cáit Green, a BA Music student with a strong passion for videogames and eccentric music (as well as other artistic things!). For my modules this semester, I created two projects - An EP for my duo SEATOAD and a portfolio of sound design and compositions for videogame clips of my choice. I chose these projects so that I could deeply explore both topics and learn as much as I could, creating SEATOAD's first public appearance, and kickstarting my portfolio for my future career in videogame composition and sound design. My first project consists of four videogame clips all of which I created/composed original music and sound design for! The chosen videogames are: Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Tell Me Why, Stardew Valley, and Portal. My second project is an EP (called NUTRIENT SALTS) that includes two covers and one original by SEATOAD (My and Michael Evans' studio collaboration). The covers are Venus As A Boy by Bjork and Life Itself by Glass Animals, two of our favourite songs. The original SEATOAD song is called 'There is no Time' (TINT).

I chose these projects so that I could deeply explore both topics and learn as much as I could, creating SEATOAD's first public appearance, and kickstarting my portfolio for my future career in videogame composition and sound design.
