Ana Rita Patornilho
BA (Hons) Illustration and Graphics
Hello! My name is Rita and I'm a Graphic Designer currently based in the UK. While growing up in Lisbon, I discovered my passion for design. At the age of 19, I moved to the UK to fulfil my dream of studying BA (Hons) Illustration and Graphics. Throughout the degree, I discovered that Graphic Design was the field I was most passionate about, a sentiment that was confirmed during my work placement year abroad in Amsterdam, where I worked as a Graphic Designer for different enterprises. This included Dutch Picture Industry where I delivered two visual identity projects, an iconographic set and documentary proposals for IDFA Festival. Additionally, at the RIPE NCC (the organisation that manages IP addresses in Europe, Russia, Central Asia and the Middle East), I performed web editing and produced a wide range of digital content and design materials for events around the regional area. For my FMP, I chose to respond to two packaging and brand identity briefs to complement my portfolio. My goal is to work at a design agency as I thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing ideas to life. As my career grows, my ultimate goal is to become a Creative Director.
I'm a Graphic Designer with the plus of an illustration background. I specialise in brand identity and packaging. My goal is to work at a design agency as I thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing ideas to life.
