Scarlett Wing Ying Lee
BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design
I am a final year student studying interior architecture and design at Coventry University. I love utilising current design and technical skills in professional practice and fast- paced environment. High energy with a positive attitude and will thrive on working in a challenging environment.
I have enjoyed an internship at Benoy where I was engaged on a number of key retail projects where I had to meet strict project deadlines and in an intense environment. I have also conducted a design research project on the future of workspace design in a post-Covid world during my tenure.
I am always looking into opportunities to learn new techniques and improve myself so I can work efficiently individually and as a team. I have professional certification in AutoCAD, Indesign and Illustrator but also proficient in using Enscape, Sketchup, Photoshop and Twin motion.
For all my design projects, I aimed to fit all the client's needs. As a creative thinker, I have a passion for creating details in spaces and drawings. I love using different techniques to present my work, such as laser cutting, 3D printing and sketches.
72 Broadwick street Carnaby design hub project is in London, Carnaby street. The purpose is to create a communal space for local independent designers and support local businesses by providing a workspace area, retail space, office area and communal space with post-pandemic design in consideration.
The building will have a modern theme with psychedelic design, geometries, pattern, and colour theme as an accent. The overall feel of the building would be giving visitors a distain feel separating them from the outside busy street of high-end brands in producing a nostalgic feel of the past with more local designs and products.
